Hi I’m Khwezi!
I’m a digital strategist and executive leader with more than 20 years of experience helping global organizations use media, technology, and storytelling to improve the lives of young people and strengthen communities around the world.
I’ve worked across media, technology, nonprofits, and philanthropy, helping organizations turn big ideas into products, partnerships, and campaigns that create real-world impact. My work has taken me from newsrooms and television studios to leading digital strategy at TED’s Audacious Project, Girl Effect, Comic Relief US, and Reach Digital Health previously (Praekelt.org).
These days, much of my work sits at the intersection of trust & safety, responsible AI, digital behavior change, and youth wellbeing. I enjoy bringing together researchers, technologists, creatives, and community leaders to solve complex problems and build technology that’s both innovative and human-centered.
I believe the most meaningful technology isn’t measured by how many people it reaches, but by how safely, responsibly, and equitably it improves their lives.
