Hi!
I’m Khwezi Magwaza, a digital strategy professional based in New York City. I have worked in digital and content strategy, as well as product development for over fifteen years with a particular interest in the intersection of entertainment, youth culture, and social impact, including as Director, Content at Comic Relief, Director of Digital and Content Strategy for TED’s Audacious Project, Editorial Director at Girl Effect, and Content and Communities Manager at Reach Digital Health previously (Praekelt.org). I was also an editor-in-chief and journalist for several publications, plus produced for radio and TV for many years. As a Ford Foundation Fellow, I hold a masters degree in Journalism from New York University in the digital media specialization Studio 20.
